摘要:以往對于交流異步電動機的幾種調(diào)速方式,調(diào)速范圍小,是有級調(diào)速,在低速時的轉(zhuǎn)矩小,直接影響了實際生產(chǎn)工作。隨著社會的進步,電力電子技術的發(fā)展,變頻技術普遍應用于電力拖動領域,時耗能較大的設備實行變頻調(diào)速,取得了明顯的節(jié)能效果。而起重機采用變頻調(diào)速,替代傳統(tǒng)的凸輪控制器變阻調(diào)速的控制方法,充分發(fā)揮了其優(yōu)越的性能。

Abstract:As the development of the society and electronic technology,frequency technigue is widely applicated in the area of electrical power draging.Frequency control is progressed in some devices consumed more power,which achieves the obvious efects in economizing power.Meanwhile,adopting frequency control insteads the resi~tance control of traditional canl controler which adequately shows its superiority.

1 負載的特點
傳統(tǒng)的QD型橋式雙梁起重機電氣傳動系統(tǒng)的大、小走車的凸輪控制器變阻調(diào)速采用凸輪控制器內(nèi)部觸點的開合方式來增加或減少連接于繞線式電機轉(zhuǎn)子電阻器的電阻量大小來改變電機轉(zhuǎn)速的一種調(diào)速方式,實際上是通過改變電機的轉(zhuǎn)差率進行調(diào)速的,如圖l所示。
