近日，據(jù)外媒報道，知名半導體廠商ST意法半導體在法國的三個主要工會CAD、CFDT和CGT分別在各自所在的工廠發(fā)起罷工活動。

據(jù)悉，罷工原因很簡單，就是因為沒漲工資，所以工會帶頭鬧情緒。工會表示：“在2020年10月28日，意法半導體管理層對員工及其工作表現(xiàn)出了令人難以置信的蔑視，因為他們不承認員工的努力，因此決定今年不增加員工的工資”。工會還表示，盡管公司在2020年取得了出色的業(yè)績并保持對下一季度的積極預測，仍然決定不加薪。

不加薪的原因與新冠肺炎病毒有關，今年3月，歐洲疫情嚴重，為應對工人對感染新冠病毒的擔憂，ST曾與法國晶圓廠達成了協(xié)議，同意工廠減產(chǎn)50％。與此同時也造成了更高的疫情防控成本以。

CAD認為，“ST管理層以在防疫方面增加了1690萬歐元的成本（其中包括640萬歐元的保費和工廠補償費）為由，拒絕給員工加薪，同時還收回了員工產(chǎn)假期發(fā)放的獎金，以及疫情期間不在工廠工作或無法在工廠工作的其他員工的工資也被收回。”

CGT則指出，法國ST的100位高級管理人員平均每年可獲得約20萬歐元獎金，其中包含價值50000歐元的股票。

9月以來，市場頻頻傳出缺貨消息，從海思芯片到電容電感器件，多家半導體廠商接連放出漲價通知。如今，ST工廠罷工停產(chǎn)缺貨，或引起新一輪的漲價風波。

CADgoesontosaythatSTmanagementtreatsitsworkersasmougeons（ahybridofsheepandpigeons）bygettingthemtopayforthecostsofCOVID．

“Managementjustifiesthisnon－increase，amongotherthings，bythe16．9millionadditionalcostsduetoanti－COVIDmeasures，including＄6．4millioneurosforCOVIDpremiumsandcompensationinthefactory，”saysCAD，“itthusconfirmsthefearsoftheCADtoknowthatthesebonusesdistributedduringconfinementwouldberecoveredfromthewagesofallemployees，andinparticularfromthewagesofotheremployeeswhodonotworkinthefactoryorwhocouldnolongerworkthere．”

“ItisabsolutelyindecentthatthemanagementofSTalsodirectlyandopenlyfundsthemeasuresagainstCOVIDbytheemployeesthemselves，”concludesCAD．

MeanwhiletheCGTunionpointsoutthatthe100seniorexecutivesofSTinFrancereceiveonaverage200，000peryearwith50，000freeshares．
